Drawn to Grace

Drawn to Grace

Religion and rules for perfection

Were too much for man

Given the ten commandments

He failed the plan

Sacrifices of prime animals

till God’s lamb was slain

Was a vicious cycle for him

Till Christ bore his pain

No longer a slave to sin

A servant of the Lord

Cleansed by Christ blood

He has been restored

God carves out perfection

rot from the core

Sending him on his way

Go and sin no more

God is not won by merit

He wants man to embrace

A relationship with Him

Drawn to Him by grace
